Mr. Nuttawut Chinawong

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Nuttawut earned a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Hons.) and the Certificate on Business Law from Thammasat University. He founded Natipatana Law Office in 1982 and, with over 30 years of experience across more than 1,000 cases, serves as Managing Director and leading counsel. He specialises in commercial, corporate, administrative and labour disputes, was appointed Expert to the Senate and House of Representatives, and lectures in Litigation at the Faculty of Law, Sripatum University.

Dr. Nattaphol Chinawong, FCIArb

Dr. Nattaphol holds a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class Hons.) from Chulalongkorn University, an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from University College London (1st Class, Distinction, under a UK Government Scholarship) and a Ph.D. in Justice Administration from Thammasat University (top of his class). Recognised by The Legal 500, Asia Law and Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific since 2019, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he specialises in commercial and civil dispute resolution, international arbitration, cyber law and data privacy, and advises foreign embassies and multinational corporations.
